If there is a genuine technical access issue from our side, we will help restore access, resend credentials, provide alternate access, or provide support.

9. Orders and Order Acceptance

A replacement, exchange, or store credit may be considered only if:

Wrong book is delivered. Book arrives damaged. Book has a major printing or binding defect. Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or video proof are provided. The book is unused and returned in original condition.

Books will not be accepted for return if they are used, marked, highlighted, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval.
