Is There a Shipping Fee?

We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹3,000 across India.

A flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged on all orders below ₹3,000.

What Are the Delivery Timeframes?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, India, within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery timeframes are calculated in addition to the order processing time.

Sale Period Notice: During sales and promotional periods, orders may take approximately 3–5 business days to be dispatched from our warehouse.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Orders placed before 11:00 AM IST will generally be dispatched on the same business day.

During sales and promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatch.

In addition to processing time, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days.

Local Pickup in Mumbai

We offer a local pickup option in Mumbai. To use this service, select “Local Pickup” during checkout.

You will receive a WhatsApp message once your order is ready for collection.
Pickup is available from our office in Bandra West, Mumbai.
The complete office address is available on our homepage.
Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The local pickup option may not be available during sale periods.

Where Do You Ship Internationally?

We can ship internationally to countries where PayPal is available as a payment option.

Please send us your product requirements and complete delivery address. Your postal or PIN code is mandatory so that we can confirm shipping availability and charges.

After reviewing your request, we will send you a PayPal payment link. Your order will be dispatched after the payment has been successfully received.

Will I Have to Pay Duties and Taxes?

International orders shipped outside India may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges when the order arrives in the destination country.

Any applicable charges will be billed directly by the shipping partner or local customs authority.
The shipping partner may contact you directly to arrange payment.
For an estimate, please use a customs duty calculator or contact your local customs office.
MIK Dental is not responsible for additional customs charges applied to international orders.
Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to unpaid customs duties or taxes.

We are legally required to declare the full amount paid for every MIK Dental order and provide the correct commercial invoice when requested by customs authorities.
