• Heat the Block – Hold the BiteAL block over a microtorch flame until the surface gloss changes.
• Adapt to Arch – Place the softened trapezoidal block intraorally and gently adapt it to one arch.
• Guide the Patient – Instruct the patient to gently close into centric relation or desired bite position.
• Cool and Stabilize – Allow the wax to cool naturally intraorally for approximately 1 minute.
• Chill in Ice Water – Place the bite record into ice water to eliminate residual distortion and harden the wafer.
